you are probably 'wrong' but it is unusual I think that the announcement mentions "considering, planning and executing" a capital raise- strange that they mention 'considering"- surely they have decided on an approach already so why 'considering'????
Could there be two options? One being a partnership?
I might be clutching at straws but it does seem strange !
