Perhaps the simple answer can be that the data isn't as good as we think it might be.... or the offer hasn't really justified the value or management is just hopeless in selling the story.....
who knows but I understand your pain and I have never defended management on their abysmal performance on driving SH value!! Now we can only hope BT, exit is no longer viable, that's all I can say!!
