    In hindsight, ASM was quite explicit that they need to wrap up the lawsuits to weather the storm.

    DNA might not make it if they are bleeding legal fee and has lease issue up in the air. On top they probably know that vendor will not cough up that kind of cash anyway. It is hard to operate if vendor has all the thugs and mafia and political connection to make DNA life even more difficult in this environment

    So I guess we are lucky they stepped in and took decisive action.
