Yep and Jundee was out of ore when Newmont sold it to NST, Paulsens was running out of ore when they bought it. Mt Morgan sent 3 companies bankrupt before DCN found more ore. None of these big systems continue do they?!! Funny how the best place to find a new mine is next to an old one!
I’m sure the old timers got every single last ton out. Must have been huge demand for pigment back in the old days! Maybe electric horses?
