As soon as I saw the timestamp on the release I knew the deal had fallen over again - after closing time on Friday! LOL - it was a very fishy deal to start with and remains rather unlikely to be finalised any time soon.
Messy, messy situation - CLZ cant pay back the money cause it's no doubt been spent (considering their dire financial position) and this other mob clearly now don't want to pay the rest (or cant raise the money) - perhaps they have realised what a poor decision they made signing off on it now?
Can CLZ afford the legal fees to pursue this matter, or will it drag on indefinitely??
