if the deal does "fall over" in the end then they get the asset back , as far as repaying the debt then just look at how much the FGPs Lady ada is going to make ! more then enough ! and i think i remember reading non-refundable deposit, so we would be ahead anyway !

as for share price , this deal is just something going on in the background the real value is in the CLZs FGP!
