management seems to be beating around the bush a bit, but did receive $500k upfront for this gold project with $3.5m due any time now... if this fails, surely the gold project has some substance to warrant a $4m offer to begin with, with gold prices going up...
seems to be a tight market cap and convertible note was converted at current bid price
haven't had much time to trade at the moment , but always keeping an eye out where I can..
