I bought into this one last week. I was lucky as I saw the name on * and then started researching and the story looked very promising. NPV of project approx $240 million, low market cap of around $45 million, reasonable and achievable capital cost of around $75 million only (most projects have significantly higher capital costs), project ready to go with mining licence in place. And most importantly, the outlook for the tungsten market appears very strong with global supply deficits forecast and also the West very reliant on China for supply (China produces 80%+ of the world's tungsten output).

Looks like a very promising story to me.
