Salvi, thats what I call Transformational $8.5m down to $2.5 received in installments over x Years with no deposit paid and the loss of the secured assets as collateral. Who did the Due Dilligence on the AustAgri deal , looks like a potential PI claim to me (IMO). Did anyone find out if it was done and if not why not (IMO). It was certainly talked about plenty of times.
