I agree. I think DHG and REA have more to fall. As vendors see negative equity and remain price fixed on the 2021 highs, there are plenty of reasons they won't be as eager to list their properties.
I don't believe there will be a massive dump in properties but I think vendors will hold throughout 2023 and 2024.
