I'm so much happier management will have more shares in ESS, and if they can develop a mining project as per CXO I think shareholders will be happy to reward them with more!! They have to prove themselves though. Start ticking all the boxes required.
My message to all is this. I'm here until we go mining - keep your eye on the prize
ESS can look to CXO on how to develop a small resource. Apparently underground mining is not as expensive as it use to be, If I remember right I think I read CXO used three mining contractors to quote for the mining costs and contribute to this DFS Operating costs of US$364/t - wow nice!
A small resource doesn't mean small market cap - and I believe we can realize a bigger Ore reserve than them by a long margin Current CXO MC~700m
