In simple terms, its more red tape taken down and also the fact that there is no offtake agreements in place makes it a more straight forward change in ownership and integration into existing mining operations.
Again $136 million is just a gift to TLEA/IGO. I anticipate a new bidder or increase bid. Why do you think Ody have purchases 10% in it of late? They have negotiating power.
