Because why wouldn't you try to low ball them with the sp being what it is. I can't speak for anyone else but the word you're looking for though is potential - ESS is potentially worth a lot lot more than $250m but all these other things need to be done to get to that potential. I thought this was all kind of obvious, otherwise the sp would be $3 right now. Things can go wrong, it's still early days but right now to me this is ridiculously good value. I just don't think it's on the cards (takeover) or something we are looking for anyway. Who knows maybe i'm wrong and someone will come along but if they do, it would want to be pretty soon IMO.
