But I think the upside in share price is very limited. No more dreaming of a ten bagger. I once stated that if someone launches a takeover at 70 cents most would be happy and got howled down.

Now I reckon most here would take 70 cents in a heartbeat.

Also have to remember someone tried to take this over in the 50's not long ago.

Will likely dip into the 20's now. One day the bull might come back. However, I for one will not accumulate.

I have similar thoughts regarding management being pretty average. I think ESS is cheap enough though that if they can move the project along in a reasonable enough manner then we should still see a decent return here.

whether that return comes from project development or a sale of the pioneer dome remains to be seen.
