No, I don’t buy that “anything can happen in the meantime” rubbish either - not for this stock. If that were the case and Li could see its price trade significantly lower than where it’s at today, then other stocks like PLS/CXO would see their SP retrace substantially.
IMO, this stock hasn’t been able to lock in a JV partner yet because Tim and others in management are just simply not competent enough to manage this. An offtake by now should’ve absolutely been finalised if management were competent and if it our proclaimed assets were verifiable.
