That’s like saying any explorer that employs a geologist must only do so because they have something to explore.

Putting someone in place to deal with offtakes does not mean there are offtakes pending. It simple means, if there’s ever an opportunity to pursue one, then there’s someone there to oversee doing so. How many years has this mob been exploring the Dome? And since then, how many potential offtake parties have been ever mentioned? Like I said…it’s called being ‘realistic’!
