A new 52 week low. Absolutely incredible that we find ourselves down here again. Even with an announcement we will find ourselves back at a price we were only a few months ago. BUT with no announcement or a lack of barges forthcoming, things could get much worse considering we are heading into terrible macro conditions. We all keep hoping for some positives here, but there is very little to smile about at the moment......
