I have always recommended patience on this forum !
In many, many ways the Cokal management have done wonders getting the project so far.
However, It has been more than 2 weeks since this announcement of 'advanced discussions' in obtaining Barges.
My only criticism is that they seem to spend ages 'negotiating' to save pennies on minor costs at the expense of making Millions of $'s on sales.
Quite frankly, they should just 'get on with it' in my opinion.
Focus on the end results, not every little 'deal' along the way, please!
