star vegas has the cancellation of its lease hanging over it and facing a lot of new competition. This is on top of country risk.
I think Aristo is the only property that could achieve a decent sale multiple at this stage. Its running ok and long term Lai Cai is growing strongly, new airport etc comming next couple of years. Its maybe worth A100m+ on a multiple of say 6× EBITDA.
