Despite not reopening borders and having been ~100 days covid free, there has recently been a sudden spike in covid cases from a major city - panic is setting in, many locals have fled the city to other parts of the country, filling up airlines going literally anywhere to escape. The police are rounding up a bunch of illegal border crossers and traffickers who helped them. Da Nang city is now locked down.

Quite likely to see schools, entertainment etc close again unless this is controlled within the next few days.
