    Hopefully we just keep the 19m 'performance fee'. These guys want their cake and to eat it to. It does clear up some uncertainty which is good. It looks like it will go our way eventually.

    Surely the arbitation will award millions in compensation. You can't take us360m for a casino and breach contract like that.
