If I had the time I'd look back about 12-15 years and see how this compares to the previous "definitive" feasibility study for Donald Mineral Sands that then went no where with no reason ever given as to why. That aside, I'm surprised the number today didn't bring more interest. Probably to with needing $300 million plus to get it started and not having it. I think the share price will be decided by men (and one mdm) in suits behind closed doors and then we will find out in the next (massive) share placement.
