I would have read it as the converse. Having demonstrated deliverability of the reservoir at Roc I would surmise that at Dorado analysis, comparison and modelling would suffice?
If they were intending to flow test I’d have expected them to say so, otherwise I would expect they might not even be equiped to do so?
