I agree with Afawcett, this will be a careful and slow drill.
Everything will be checked and double checked.
Once they drill through, the gas and condensate will burst upward.
Here is an example of 16,000 psi on youtube.
That kind of pressure will be coming out of a 45 kmsq area.
