I would suspect that some on the sell side are at a price that some have decided is the price they will get out of CVN. Not everyone on sell side are trying to manipulate others although I suspect some are. Just like many have stated on HC they have their price target so some would be just getting in the queue so if the price pops they are first up to sell at their price.
