Tariff war expected to cause economic slowdown, cost of imported goods rising, less consumption. Less consumption implies less demand for oil/gas hence drop in oil price. Double whammy this week with US reserves not declining as fast as expected.
OPEC meeting at end of the month, so may trigger some stabilisation.
Trump is using the US economy like a weapon against trading partners... Not good. At the same time praising North Korea.
