You obviously know more then me, but my thinking was as Dorado 2 is different location from Dorado 1 - we only really know that the oil was at Dorado 1 and we could only guess we would find the same at Dorado 2. There was a non-zero probability of encountering no Hydrocarbons here before the announcement right? The trap is only an estimation, thats why we need the appraisal well to begin with?
