Just read an article on STO by Goldman dated mid April
"the Dorado oil appraisal programme could unlock another US$1bn of value over the next 12 months."
CVN was 44c in mid April so a potential added value of US$250M for CVN reflects about 26c per share for a sp of 70c. This of course does not allow for any other news.
Nothing spectacular but still a great return if CVN gets there this year. There will be ups and downs of course.
