yeah they've mentioned that, so it will b interesting to see who farms-in for say 30-35%. Also a contingent payment will b paid to Quadrant after certain milestone Reserves are certified.

They've modelled Dorado as a 62k bopd developmnt scenario (net 50k-STO) which should see development via lateral wells as it appears to b a simple structure with the reservoir dipping down towards Northeast.

In my view, the JV should drill couple more stepout wells next year after this 2.2 kms is derisked. Then its a matter of casting the net wider, i.e, stepout 1.5 to 2 kms until the Caley sands r fully water wet. Market wont like that bit of news, however their Reservoir Engineers & Development Team would need that sub-surface data to place Water injector wells down-dip to flush the oil out at the Crestal location.
