Anybody else notice the several messages posted by the "HC Team" over the weekend wherein they requested volunteer's to assist in beta testing some new product.
I for one responded via email to Pat Hammond at 6:40pm on Sunday nite and offered my services.
My email was opened (according to my return receipt verification) by Pat at 9.09am on Monday morning.
However, I have received no formal acknowledgement as yet for my offer to "volunteer" my time and effort to the commercial benefit of TFA.
IMHO all very unprofessional, and my offer is hereby withdrawn.
