I never play "shorts" , so do not fully understand why you would short a stock like CVN without inside information......any idea what price they sold at? Big difference if at 38 cents versus 55 cents. At 55 cents , they most likely already have the stock , I would assume and therefore there would be no stock purchases needed to cover.
