The shorters have at least the same amount of information as us. Wouldn't they be looking to unwind their positions by now ?
If there was a expected good announcement to come why would they be sitting like ducks in a row waiting to get stung ?
Could it be they don't expect the sp to move on either a good flow test or the buffalo signing and they expect to be able to push the sp lower. What other reason would you expect them to have....potentially exposed to a large loss.
I really don't know , but if anyone has a good argument to put forward I'm all ears.
