Santos have 5 projects to spread finances over and KG likes Dorado. However, debt recently was a bit concern for STO. Can’t see them taking out CVN and AC has the funds to match the development costs for a lean build. EL’s observations of JV and STO selling som3 down makes financial sense from my. reading of STO modus operandi.
