Just a few additional points, if CVN drill the first well & it is a goer; they will not be seeking a partner - that would be crazy. If a partner wants in than they must pay for the pleasure & the risk. Once it is de-risked there is no way CVN will allow a dilution.
Buffalo will be first into production funding Dorado - A/C (and his team) are at the top of the game.
