This is October ( slowing growth ) and they say improvement in the growth rate is likely, but fragile. However you add in the virus problems with the shut down of whole cities and quarantine restrictions. Then it is likely China's growth has been knocked back a peg plus the knock on effect of tourism ( plus other industries) and trade around the world impacting more developed countries like Australia.
