I agree totally. We need really big refineries for the economies of scale like Singapore's. And we need them in NSW, VIC, and WA (SA, NT and TAS can get supplies from next door). And we need lots of storage tanks, I think. But I suspect that I'm dreaming. CVN may well be part of the solution. I can remember when Woodside shares were around 5 pence. About 1964, I think.
