There is 3 points above it and neither alludes to a CR. I think this sends a very big message to the market... a very clear message that they have the ability to take on debt and the resources to pay it back.
Positive WL results which seems likely and the SP gets a rocket, success at Apus and the roof gets well and truly shot out doesn't it!?
To think the Dorado results shot this into the high 60s on its own and we are at 28c right now on the cusp of another great find. It beggars belief really... surely this is incredibly understandable.
