Interesting, having consumed the various information relating to STO's decision, I dont think we will be waiting too long for Dorado to proceed. I think there may be some gamesmanship being played by Mr Gallagher.
Plus, the huge investment by Collins Street at this time is a vote of confidence because why would they invest if they thought the sp was going to bump along at 16-17c for several years. I feel they also may know more than we do.
