Santos does not appear to have the will to develop this field (I also own STO) The political environment in Australia is certainly not helping. Woodside(not held) has lost 30% of it's value in the past 12 months and this sector is on the Nose to the big pension Funds etc. The future does not look bright unless that rabbit comes out of the hat. CVN are stymied. If it was not for the dividends there would almost be no point being invested in the big Energy companies. I bought into SANTOS in the low 4's so carrying a healthy paper profit. Personally I will make a decision in the next 12 months to Divest in invest in something that has a long term future Santos in my mind does NOT.
