i've been in the ad game for over 20 years and i can tell you... it is ALL about the consumer now. a term i like to call next-generation story telling. and basically what that means is that consumers/investors are bombarded with information on a daily basis. technology is allowing us to break the traditional notion of linear story-telling. next generation story telling is not only immersive and interactive, it is allowing consumers to play an integral part in that storytelling. so essentially it's communicating the right stories across the right platforms to the right audience. clearly mr conroy has a solid grasp of this concept. well done JC!
