Can't wait to see the results. Efficacy across several patients would be amazing but happy as long as no signs of dose limiting toxicities are present.
Also, not sure if its a typo or when the plan was changed (probably an older figure), on Chimerics website under pipeline, the CHM 1101 dosing schema states 220 x 10^6 as the third dose, rather than 240 x 10^6 described here and in the annual report.
Anyone have any idea when they increased the dosage of the third cohort or if its just a type?
