At the investor seminar, Moti set the expectation (my interpretation) that the clients they are targeting are top tier, but that they would take a long time before they break off relationships with their existing suppliers and switch to DTZ. This could be due to long term testing of DTZ GQD's, long term contracts with existing suppliers, milking existing leading product ranges before developing and promoting new product types, etc, but it seems like big contracts are still a while away. This is how I'm betting, but having said this, a big Tier 1 could come out of nowhere and start ordering.
