Guys, this is a good announcement, no doubt, but I think we all need to manage our emotions and rationally think about how much money that is and how it is reflected in the share price. $500K net to DTZ (not $750K as the headline says) is a little under a quarters cost. Do we really think this would send the SP to 25 cents by days end - therefore adding another $4m to the market capitalisation?
What we need are material, binding contracts that have large revenue streams in order to rerate properly. This is far from it. A good step forward, but a tiny one in the grand scheme of things.
