Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I'm not quite sure why there is so much negativity around today.

So anyone reading would have had a rough idea what to expect. Long term holders/followers of this stock have had a substantial opportunity to acquire shares on market under $0.18.

Maybe I'm overly cynical but I generally tend to not believe promises made by boards to shareholders so I wasn't surprised by the intention to raise. Reading the last quarterly it was clear that something had to give.

In my opinion the company has done the smart thing and raised now hence removing uncertainty. The evidence of what the uncertainty over the cash position did to the share price earlier this year is there for all to see. Personally at this point I'd rather have cash on hand and the market looking forward at the future prospects of DTZ and hopefully the catalysts are in the wings waiting to propel the stock forward.
