This is a targeted industry by DTZ.
We have worked within the industry to create this product and from the above it appears we were working with a couple of clients that have dictated what they need for this product to work. Hence it would appear the requirements are not being met at this time and they can sell it as it is designed for them.

So We can
Work with multiple large Corporate clients to create bespoke products - Tick
We can even do it with anonymity - Tick
We get to create a patent from it and own our own IP 100% - Tick.

These are good signs.

I would expect that this product is very specific and do not believe we would have developed this for no gain. Surely a contract is not that far off.

Will we get any business out of this before the patent is granted??
How long does a patent take to be granted?
I am under the impression that we are protected while the patent is in the pending status.
However would need someone more educated than i to confirm that.
