If you use candlestick charts, go back to 2/2/17 and you'll notice the bullish homing pigeon (indicated by a large candlestick followed by a smaller candlestick whose body is located within the vertical range of the larger candle's body). Traders usually exit short positions and will switch to a longer term position here, which is showing. A good sign.
