It's a lot cheaper than the usual brokers fees for a raise of this nature.
And looking at their website they won't be flipping for pips from day dot (boom-tish) as the likes of any broker/soph raise done via Hartley's etc almost certainly would. They'll be looking to earn good coin over medium term including on their options over 9 cents.
