Definately a valid point. However this and the last deal prove that the product works in at least one application.

Whilst the dollar figure is nothing impressive - the company has now had two independent businesses say yup your product works. That is huge (and worth much more than the dollar value of the product at this stage of development) when all the marketing previously was from the company itself.

DTZ is slowly building market confidence. There is a long way to go and obviously significant execution risk, but if this steady commerialisation continues, this could be big.
