IMHO, this is a great deal. Its incredibly hard to secure funds at the moment for exploration, money is tight in the market. Look at the other explorers and the options/discount to VWAP they have to provide to brokers for raising capital. The fact that they have done this raise at a 35% premium is nothing less than outstanding. One thing that I am not sure about is the free carry to feasibility studies, is this pre-feas or definite feasibility studies? Well done to the team at Buxton, you have protected our investment in your company. You also kept a pretty tight ship whilst negotiation this deal which is a testament to your integrity.
