You missed my point though, the company are suggesting that the plan to start drilling in November which is only 7 weeks away, and in that time they need to have Native Title clearance, a drilling permit issued and possibly a Heritage Survey completed.
Just as an example, another ASX listed company I follow has put back drilling by over 3 months as they wait on a Heritage Survey being completed but prior to that it was over 2 months of negotiations for a Native Title clearance.

@Money made indeed the Golden Cup results are due, but given the backlogs at the labs and the normal turn around period of 6 - 8 weeks for results / priorities at the lab, etc, it has been only 5 weeks since drilling was completed.
